The Greenwoods Foundation raises funds exclusively for the Greenwoods Eldercare Society, to improve the quality of living for the Residents of the Greenwoods and Braehaven facilities. We are an independent not-for-profit foundation and a registered charity.

Incorporated in 2002, The Foundation does not employ any paid staff. The operation and activities of The Greenwoods Foundation are initiated, managed and fulfilled through the individual contribution of time and effort by an elected volunteer Board of Directors, closely scrutinized annually by a professional accredited accounting firm.
